1. Can I join if I am already a Umy user and have claimed Reward 3 before Giftbox?
Please use a new or unregistered wallet that meet the requirements to join the Giftbox and claim rewards 1 and 2.
2. If I don't meet the whitelist requirement, what reward can I get?
If you do not meet the whitelist requirement, you can use SafePal Swap to immediately swap into 50 SFP(BEP20), and then click the "Verify" button.
Or you can enter the promo code: "SafePal" to only claim reward 3.
3. How to claim Reward 3?
Enter promo code "SafePal" (case-sensitive) on Umy.
4. When and where to check the Platinum membership?
When you log in to your Umy account, your membership status will appear at the top right of the screen.
You can click on "Profile" at the top to view your exact level and all the perks that come with it.
5. When and where to check the coupons?
Click the profile icon in the top right corner, "Coupon" to view all your available coupons.
6. What are the rules of coupons?
You can use the coupon once your reservation order meets the minimum spending requirement specified by the coupon.
